Ole Gilliam Mill Park

It is easy to be a vendor.

We do not take reservations in advance.  Last year some people were offering to take your money and reserve a place for you.  Do not give anyone your money in advance.

Show up at the park entrance with enough time to set up.  Gate 1 will open about 7:00 am for vendors.  (We start letting the general public in at 9:00)  You will be directed to a vacant spot.  We ask that you unload and move your vehicle to park up the hill.  If you cannot do that you may need to purchase more than one vendor area.

Areas are about 20' X 20'.

At some point Saturday morning someone will come by (Probably Rowena Huggins on a four-wheeler or in a Kubota.)  She will collect your fee and give you a receipt.  Do not give your money to anyone who does not have a receipt book with them  (We have never had a problem with this)

The Fee is $25 for EACH vendor space.  This fee covers space for both Saturday and Sunday and admission for two people.  If you bring your whole neighborhood with you, two people are free and everyone else over 12 years old should pay $5.00 for admission.

You do not have to come both days.  If you just come Saturday you pack up your stuff at the end of the day and we will miss you on Sunday.  If you just come on Sunday, you come in through Gate 1 drive down to the vendor area and look for a vacant spot.  Most vendors will leave their tents up and most vendors will be helpful and help you find an unused space.

We do NOT have security overnight.  We do lock the gates and have not had a problem with missing items, but we are not responsible for loss or damage to your stuff.   This is an outside event and the wind or critters might rearrange or move your merchandise.

Gate 1 is the gate closest to Sanford.  It is NOT the gate by the pond.  It is the uphill gate.

We hold the event rain or shine.  We hope for shine and good luck to all of you!
